0003877: Parameter file is lost when changing absolute path to relative

I want to add that this is happening very frequently for me. I observed a sequence of events just now:
- I have a share.prm in my Share project
- I linked it to a graph in my Work project
- I had the graph opened, and was looking at the parameters; things looked normal
- I went to commit share.prm as I had some pending changes
- I received a dialog that my file had changed and requested a reload
- I clicked "OK", and the share.prm got unlinked from my Work project

I don't know if that was just a coincidence.

Not OK:
1. import external clover projects extExamples and advancedExamples - do not copy them to workspace
2. open graph in extExamples
3. link parameters.prm from advancedExamples
4. in source tab change fileURL="../advancedExamples/parameters.prm" - parameters are still visible
5. edit and save parameters.prm in new tab
6. click back to graph editor - parameter file is missing

Agata, this is only hot fix that maybe would not solve some other cases. I created new resource loader in the trunk. So put off less important fixes to trunk...

Following the steps in http://bug.cloveretl.com/view.php?id=3877#c7099 [^] it's still not working. A change in the parameters.prm file linked to another project breaks this linking.
