Summary0002907: CloverETL Server project structure is different for different projects.
DescriptionIn one, the structure is standard (conn, data-in, etc.)
In the other, the structure is nested in clover/idOfTheSandbox/ and only within this folder, the standard structure of Server project follows.

 Moreover, another project is not created within its sandbox, instead it is created inside the mentioned thefirstsandboxfolder/clover/anothersandboxID.
Thus, I have:
thefirstsandboxfolder/clover/firstsandboxID
thefirstsandboxfolder/clover/anothersandboxID
Each of them contains the standard server project structure.

 I cannot reproduce exactly the same behavior described by tomas,
however designer doesn't show sandbox content correctly.
i.e. it shows only ".classpath" file.

Use http://server-demo-ec2.cloveretl.com/clover [^] for testing
User clover/clover has only R access to "default" sandbox and R/W access to the others.
User admin/semafor has R/W access to all sandboxes.

 Tomas, could you use Martins info in 6330 to describe the problem in more detail?

 No such behavior on demo server now. However, on 127.0.0.1 I cannot create internal directory structure of a local sandbox. Maybe I do something wrong.
I am able to create internal structure using Designer, but I am not with Server itself (even with checked the "Create sandbox root path and sub directories" checkbox)
With demo server I can create the structure of subdirectories. However, the behavior described in this issue has been fixed.
