0005098: Clover cannot be installed from update site into Rational Application Developer

I'm trying to install CloverETL into my Rational Application Developer 8.0
beta workbench (based on Eclipse 3.6). I'm able to add the CloverETL
update site to "Install New Software...", but it doesn't complete the
installation; it gives the following error-message:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not
be found.
Software being installed: CloverETL Designer & Server Integration
2.9.4 (com.cloveretl.gui.server.feature.group 2.9.4)

When I change Debug mode and Enabled checkboxes on the Properties tab, Edge debug settings are changed but those on the tab are not. They are changed only after I click the edge.

When trying to browse database or edit sql query in DBInputTable:
Cannot establish DB connection (Connection2). caused by: org.jetel.exception.JetelException: Can't connect to DB. caused by: java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: The connection was refused because the database ./data-in/derby.db was not found.

1. n*quicker than old one
2. can deal with zip:(./meta/file)#sdf in spite of old one
3. more readable for programmer

If query is only senseless text (eg. 'asdf awef aef awef') database browser says it is valid query after validation. It really validates only query with SQL keywords. If there is no keyword, it just says Query valid. But something like 'asdf awef aef awef' is clearly not valid SQL query.

if I have 2-line string as a query:

it displays as:

- which is quite confusing, please display a space in the place where there's new line in LabelProvider ... otherwise I keep fixing these "errors", although they are not errors really

Well, the bug is of course all platforms, but steps to reproduce work on windows only due to file handles management.

When I double-click any graph element:

metadata, connection, lookup table, parameter, sequence

the editor of corresponding element type opens. I do not change anything (I want to look at the element definition) and close the editor by clicking OK.
The graph must be saved after it. The graph "thinks" that I changed something.

That does not happen when I click Cancel or close the window by clicking its right top corner. It is the same for both internal and external elements.

The only exception are external metadata! Even when I double-click their item, and even when I change them, there is no need to save the graph.

I would like to suggest:
1) It would be much more friendly if I did not have to save a graph after changing of any linked element. The graph is not influenced by any change of any external element!
2) It would be good if the graph understood that I have not changed anything by simple opening and closing (even using the OK button) the editor. Otherwise, I should be careful to either close the window or click Cancel.
